Delete your Pashupaalak account
You can delete your account and all your farm data yourself, at any time. Deleting can't be undone.
In the app
Open the app, tap your picture at the top, then Delete account. Tick "I understand", tap Send confirmation code, and enter the code we send to your email (or by SMS, for older phone-only accounts).
On the web
Sign in at pashupaalak.com, go to Settings → Account → Delete account, and follow the same steps.
What is erased
At once: your farms, animals, milk and health records, workers and their logins, money and feed records, connected AI apps and support tickets. Photos within 30 days.
Kept: payment receipts for 8 years as tax law requires, without your name, email or phone number.
Can't sign in?
Write to support@pashupaalak.com with the email address (or mobile number) of the account. We confirm it's you with a one-time code and delete it within 7 days.
