Refund and cancellation policy
Pashupaalak is a software subscription. The Free plan costs nothing. Plus and Pro are paid in advance for a fixed term of 30 days or one year. This policy explains how to cancel and when you get your money back.
Cancelling
Paid plans don't renew automatically, so there is nothing to cancel to stop future charges: when your term ends, your account moves to the Free plan unless you pay again.
To stop a paid plan before its term ends, write to support@pashupaalak.com. Your plan stays active until the end of the term you paid for. Your farm records are never deleted when a plan ends.
When we refund in full
You were charged more than once for the same plan and term.
You paid, but the plan was not activated on your account and we could not fix it within 3 working days.

What we don't refund
The unused part of a term after the plan has been activated, including when you move to a lower plan or delete your account.
Moving from Plus to Pro starts a new Pro term from the day you pay; the remaining Plus days are not refunded or carried over.
How to ask for a refund
Within 30 days of the payment, write to support@pashupaalak.com or raise a ticket under Support in the app. Include your account email or phone number, the payment date and amount, and the payment reference (shown under Billing → Payment history).
Timelines
We reply within 2 working days. An approved refund is sent within 5–7 working days to the same card, UPI or bank account you paid from. Your bank may take another 5–10 working days to show it.
If money left your account but the payment shows as failed, the payment gateway reverses it automatically, usually within 5–7 working days. If it doesn't, write to us with the payment reference.
Payments made directly to us
If you paid us directly (for example by UPI transfer) and an admin activated your plan, the same rules apply and the refund goes back to the account you paid from.
