Terms of use

Your account

You sign in with Google or with a code sent to your email (older accounts: by SMS). Keep your Google account, email and sign-in codes to yourself; anything done from your account is your responsibility.

You may add workers to your farm. You are responsible for what they record and for having their consent to add their details.

Your data

Your farm records belong to you. We use them only to run the service, as the privacy policy explains. You can delete them at any time by deleting your account.

Advice and health guidance

Forecasts, rations, profit figures and health guidance are estimates from your records. They are not a veterinary diagnosis or financial advice. Always call a vet for a sick animal, and inform the animal husbandry department about notifiable diseases.

Plans and payments

The Free plan has the limits shown on the pricing page. Plus and Pro are paid in advance for 30 days or one year, through our payment gateway (Razorpay or Cashfree) or by a direct payment that we approve by hand. They don't renew on their own. Refunds and cancellations follow the refund and cancellation policy. Prices may change with 30 days' notice; a term you've already paid for keeps its price.

Fair use

Don't break the law with Pashupaalak, try to access other people's farms, overload the service, or copy the app. We may suspend accounts that do.

Liability

We work to keep Pashupaalak available and correct but can't promise it will never fail. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the last 12 months.

Law and disputes

These terms follow Indian law. Courts in Pune have jurisdiction. Contact support@pashupaalak.com first; most problems are solved quickly.
